You're unique – let's maximize all parts of you.
Our therapeutic journey is uniquely yours – shaped around your mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, and overall wellness needs.
Together, we'll identify and explore these in the first few sessions, always moving at your pace, without pressure or rush.
You always have the choice to engage or decline. Permission is essential as trust and comfort develop within your therapeutic space.
This integrative, flexible process is designed with your goals and needs at the center.

You're encouraged to move freely in the office – explore, get comfortable, and settle in.
Curiosity is welcome: ask questions, browse the books, look through the wicker bin, or see what's behind the cabinet doors.
This isn't a dare, but you're invited to relax: lie on the couch, hold a pillow, kick off your shoes, and just be yourself.
While I won't lie down (unless we're incorporating yoga, stretching, mobility, or breathwork), you'll often find me comfortably seated, shoes off, maybe with a warm cup of matcha, cacao, or a functional elixir in hand – feel free to ask about it.
I love sharing.
Sessions are a balance of processing, exploration, and learning: some clinical, some organic, and at times educational (with minimal jargon).
Most importantly, they are centered on you.
At times, you may receive therapeutic practices to try between sessions.
Real change happens in your day-to-day life, and the more you practice, the more natural these skills become – helping you feel more confident, regulated, and connected to yourself.
Doesn't that sound like a relief?

LPC · CIMHP · CCTP
Hold on tight – this is what the letters after my name mean…
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)…
a Certified Integrative Mental Health Practitioner (CIMHP)…
a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP).
Thanks for holding on and sticking with me!
I'm a solo practitioner and the owner of Rooted Wellness Counseling and Coaching.

My journey in the mental health field began in 2014 at Arizona State University, where I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
In 2016, I transitioned to Northwestern University, where I completed the Master's of Clinical Mental Health Counseling program. These educational opportunities laid the foundation for my clinical experience and counseling.
I've walked alongside young kiddos and older adults on their mental health journeys since graduating from Northwestern in 2017. I value and honor all walks of life and all persons, as their unique journeys are the foundation of their unique healing process.
Becoming a Certified Integrative Mental Health Practitioner in 2024 opened my eyes to the importance of a whole-person approach, ensuring that all aspects of healing are accessible and prioritized.
Aside from my clinical experience and growing my brand and business, I'm a momma to a young adult in college, a wife, and a curious human.
I love cooking and baking, exploring as often as possible, growing my own herbs, veggies, and medicinal plants, and, dare I say, learning to make sourdough.
I work out often, paddle board around Arizona, and enjoy sunshine therapy even when it's over 105 degrees.
There is space for a life with more confidence, connection, and passion – to feel whole, to fill in what's been missing, to reconnect with yourself (or meet yourself for the first time), to breathe more freely, take up space, and feel seen instead of hidden.
To nurture yourself, to find and reconnect with yourself.
You can feel more whole, more grounded, more like yourself again.
Each day can bring a greater sense of aliveness, as layers of heaviness fall away.
